Tempo de preparo: 3 minutos
Dificuldade: Fácil
Rendimento: 6 porções
Ingredientes
1/2kg de carne moída
1 pacote de sopa de cebola
1 colher (sopa) de maionese
Recheio
1 colher (sopa) de óleo
1 tomate em rodelas
1 pimentão verde em rodelas
1/3 de xícara (chá) de molho de tomate
1 xícara (chá) de mussarela ralada
Modo de preparo
Misture a carne moída, a sopa e a maionese até ligar. Molde 12 hambúrgueres. Esquente o óleo em uma frigideira e frite até dourar. Recheie com o tomate, o pimentão e feche com outro hambúrguer fazendo um sanduíche. Coloque uma colher (chá) de molho por cima e polvilhe a mussarela. Leve ao forno médio, preaquecido, por 15 minutos ou até derreter o queijo. Sugestão: sirva acompanhado de salada verde.
